1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, including:

  • New and unopened products

  • Opened or slightly used products, as long as they are returned in good condition within the return window

Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date

  • Items should be returned with their original packaging whenever possible

2. Return Method

We currently accept returns only by mail. In-store or drop-off returns are not available.

3. Return Label

  • Suppviv UK will provide a prepaid return label for all returns, whether the item is defective or not

  • You will receive the label via email upon request

  • Please use a trackable shipping method with the provided label

  • Suppviv UK is not responsible for returns that are shipped outside the provided method or label

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • If you do not receive your refund within this time, please check with your bank or card provider

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following:

  • Items that are damaged or defective upon delivery

  • Items that are new or slightly used, if you'd prefer a replacement instead of a refund

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
